Here at Friendly Macaws, we don’t just sell birds – we raise family members. That’s why every macaw comes with a straightforward, no-nonsense health guarantee.

Your 30-Day Health Warranty

From the day you take your new feathered friend home, you have 30 days of peace of mind. If your macaw is ever found to have a life-threatening illness that was present before you got them, simply bring them back for a full refund or an even exchange (your choice).

What’s covered? We stand behind our birds’ health. Any pre-existing genetic or infectious disease diagnosed by a licensed avian vet will be honored.

What We Ask From You

Just two things:

1. Take your macaw to an avian vet within 5 business days of adoption for a wellness check.

2. Love them, feed them well, and keep their environment clean.

Our Ongoing Support

The guarantee doesn’t end at 30 days. We’re always here to answer questions, offer advice, or just listen to your latest macaw story. You’re part of our flock now.

Every macaw we offer is hand-raised, vet-checked, and socialized in a clean, loving home environment. We never ship sick birds, and we never hide health issues.
